Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions; talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration, and more
Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers
Involve in monthly payroll processes and WICA administration
Submission of government grants and foreign worker levy waiver
Responsible for arranging external training programs and application of training grants
Provide training to the staffs
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resources or any related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction sector preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices
Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
