- The Associate provides support in the area of Payroll management and processing, ensuring that staff are paid in accordance to their contracts and on time.The duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary and CPF contribution for payment for temp staff, interns, new hires and resignees and CPF contribution to the CPF Board for all staff respectively.
- Liaise with HR on collation of payroll information and payroll processing respectively.
- Submit accurate and timely payroll information (such as Form IR8As and Appendix 8A) to IRAS.
- Prepare annual payroll processing schedule, monthly payroll journals and any payroll related reports.
- Perform reconciliation of payroll records.
- Any other payroll related work as assigned by the Supervisor.
