Part-time Healthcare Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Part-time Healthcare Associate. This position involves addressing issues that arise in patient care, liaising with vendors, and assisting with daily administrative operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing quality services to patients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Job Scope:
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Provide guidance on basic clinical procedures
  • Assist with patient health insurance claims process
  • Manage internal and external communications
  • Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
  • Mediate between patients and healthcare providers
  • Manage inventory and order stock and supplies
