Personal Assistant/ Secretary to CEO

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate CEO/Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the CEO/Managing Director.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, compile papers, and record accurate minutes.
- Handle highly confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Screen calls and emails, prioritize matters requiring immediate attention.
- Greeting visitors/clients and providing a professional first point of contact.
- Perform other executive-level administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma/degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or PA supporting senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
