
HR Admin and Operations

We're seeking an experienced HR admin and operations person to join our human resources function, ensuring the seamless management of our most valuable asset – our people.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the hiring cycle, from identifying talent to conducting interviews and finalizing selections.
· Maintain accurate records, manage training requests, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
· Assist in payroll operations
· Administer employee benefits programs, plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee learning and development activities.
· Review, track, and approve employee expense claims.
· Oversee everyday office functions such as correspondence handling, visitor reception, supplier coordination, invoice processing, and liaising with the U.S. finance department.
· Ensure the office environment remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming visitors
· Coordinate logistics for special projects, marketing initiatives, and client visits.
· Carry out miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements/Skills
· At least 3-4 years experience in HR admin related matters
· High level of initiative and proactiveness
· Reliable and strong communication skills
· Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
· Good verbal and written command of English
