
HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role will support both HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and compliance with company policies.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Handle monthly salary calculations and payroll processing accurately and on time
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks when required
- Maintain employee records, track attendance and lateness, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures
- Take care of general office administration
- Proficient in Infotech HR system, Quickbook accounting system.
- Support management in HR matters such as onboarding, leave tracking, and policy enforcement.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in HR, payroll, or admin support preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
- Basic IT knowledge (comfortable with office systems, troubleshooting common issues)
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
- Able to start work immediately or serve on short notice
