HR & Admin Manager/PA to MD

- Reports to: Alternate Director
- Supervises: 1 Senior HR Executive, 1 Admin Executive, 1 Driver
Human Resources
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll and performance management.
- Drive HR initiatives that support talent development, employee engagement and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, work pass matters and liaise with insurers on employee coverage.
- Manpower planning, workforce planning and labor productivity
- Budgeting and prepare the annual report
- Support the Accountants and Auditors during year-end audit
- Support the executive team in managing critical strategic initiatives
Administration
- Supervise office administration, warehouse and condominium management.
- Renewal of BCA Workhead and Supply Head Registration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
Personal Assistant to MD
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management; HR certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication, people management and organizational skills.
- Preferably able to commence work immediately.
