Central Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions.

  • Knowledge:Familiar and well-versed inall MOM, ICA, CPF, IRAS regulation to perform the HR functions.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Job posting, interviewing candidates, processing work passes, documentations and employee orientation.
  • Payroll in Compensation & Benefits: Full payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS etc).
  • Employees' Insurance: Purchase/renewal of employees' insurance and submitting of claims.
  • Other Functions: Manage and update of personnel records in HR portal, assist in handling employee performance, disciplinary and grievance issues and any other administrative duties from time to time.
  • Admin Functions: Covering of duties for Receptionist/PA when they are on leave and any other office administrative duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management and above or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' of working experience.
  • Able to work independently & efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
