About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines core HR functions with administrative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with policies and legal standards.
- Post job advertisements and support the recruitment process by shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Support monthly payroll operations, including timesheet tracking, overtime calculations, and ensuring accurate salary payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly HR reports (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR matters.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and a smooth experience for employees
- Develop and update training materials as needed.
Administrative
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Support the planning of monthly/annual operations and internal events.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and email handling.
- Provide support on other HR and administrative tasks as needed, ensuring flexibility in responding to evolving business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR and/or administrative roles (experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical is an advantage).
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
