The Corporate Ticketing & Operations Assistant Manager/Manager will take care of day-to-day ticketing operations and lead the team in serving our corporate clients' travel requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Ensures that all travel arrangements are handled efficiently.
  • Guides and support travel consultants including tasks assignment, training on service standards, and managing performance.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback to resolve issues and handle complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure bookings and manage relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and to propose new processes to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor adherence to service level agreements.
  • Assist with vendor contract renewals and developing of new business suppliers.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving skills to resolve issues, complaints and address unforeseen circumstances
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Ticketing with strong knowledge of Sabre GDS and Powersuite
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to lead and work in a team
  • Experienced in Sabre GDS and Powersuite
