Quantity Surveying:

· Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

· Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.

· Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget.

· Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation.

· Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

• Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.


• Evaluating progress claims and finalizing accounts.

Architectural Responsibilities:


• Designing and drafting construction plans and 3D models.


• Collaborating with clients to create aesthetic and functional designs.


• Supervising construction sites to ensure designs are implemented correctly.


• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.


• Assist in contract documentation and tender preparation.


• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and progress when required.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.


• 5 years' experience in construction industry.


• Member of SSSS or related Certificate is an advantage.

Technical Skills:


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.


• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and measurement techniques.


• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.


• Familiarity with quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Cubicost) is a plus.

Soft Skills:


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.


• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.


• Able to speak English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
