Location: Office in Novena, you will be deployed islandwide

Contract Duration: Until December 2025, yearly renewable afterwards

Working Hours: 5 days across Mon - Sun, 12pm - 9pm, subject to roster up to 44 hours per week

We are seeking motivated Interview Executives to support survey operations within dormitories. This role involves conducting field interviews, assisting respondents with survey participation, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of collected data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct survey interviews through field visits, ensuring data is collected accurately and on time.
  • Reach out to respondents and assist them in completing surveys.
  • Schedule and follow up on interview appointments.
  • Record and input survey data into the system accurately.
  • Verify responses for completeness and resolve inconsistencies through clarification.
  • Explain survey objectives and questions to ensure respondent understanding.
  • Handle queries and objections from respondents professionally.
  • Work towards meeting KPIs and project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Singaporeans only.
  • Minimum A-levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Candidates without academic qualifications may be considered with relevant experience.
  • Advantageous to have experience in call centre, direct sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skilled in handling objections and de-escalating complaints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Must complete training and pass an assessment prior to deployment.
