Location: Novena

Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm (up to 44 hours per week)

Salary: Up to $3,000 monthly

• Assist respondents in completing surveys either online or through manual collection and ensure manually collected data is accurately entered into the system.
• Update daily call outcomes using assigned Excel files.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Professionally handle objections or refusals from respondents regarding survey participation.
• Maintain accurate daily productivity and survey attainment reports.
• Conduct data cleansing for rejected survey submissions caused by errors or ambiguities.
• Record detailed case notes in the system for each respondent (e.g., call outcomes, refusals) to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid justifications for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Open to Singaporeans only.
• Minimum 'A' Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service.
• Applicants without academic qualifications may be considered with sufficient work experience.
• Background in call centre, direct sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Skilled in handling objections and complaints, with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with internet usage.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Successful applicants must complete a training course and pass an assessment before deployment.
