Office: Novena (islandwide deployment required)

: 5 days a week (Mon–Sun), 12pm–9pm, rostered (up to 44 hrs/week)

Salary: Up Working scheduleto $3,500

Contract duration: 4-month contract, renewable yearly

• Conduct field visits to dormitories to carry out survey interviews and collect accurate, timely data.
• Assist respondents in completing surveys and schedule interview appointments where necessary.
• Accurately compile, record, and input survey data into the system.
• Verify survey submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in responses through appropriate clarification.
• Explain survey objectives and interpret questions to support respondent understanding.
• Address queries from respondents professionally and courteously.
• Meet project timelines and achieve assigned KPIs.

• Open to Singaporeans only.
• Minimum 'A' Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Applicants without academic qualifications may be considered with relevant work experience.
• Advantageous to have call centre, direct sales, or customer-facing background.
• Strong skills in objection handling, complaint management, and de-escalation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with internet usage.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
• Successful applicants must complete a training course and pass an assessment before deployment
