About the role

My client is seeking a IT Administrator to manage the day-to-day IT operations and support internal users across our business.

Industry : Marine / Vessel / Industry

What you'll be doing

Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues
Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Manage user access, account setup, and IT onboarding for new staff
Maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, and software licensing compliance
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
Perform regular system health checks and ensure backup procedures are in place
Assist in ongoing IT improvement projects and digitalization initiatives
Collaborate with the internal software team on testing and integration of tools or applications

What we're looking for

Cert, Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 year of IT support or helpdesk experiences
Solid knowledge in basic networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting
Able to support various hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, smartphones)
