About the role

Join Infrastructure & Facility Services Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Assistant Procurement & HR Executive based in the Woodlands North Region. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's procurement and human resources functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the procurement of goods and services, including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders
  2. Maintain and update the company's inventory and asset records
  3. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  4. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and HR policies and procedures
  6. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement or HR administration
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  6. Knowledge of procurement best practices and HR policies and procedures
