We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader to join our growing organization and provide strategic direction in the areas of Finance and Administration.
You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization, while also supporting the academic and athletic success of our student-athletes.

First Konnection is partnering with a distinguished client to headhunt for a pivotal role within their organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction in the areas of finance, procurement, and administration.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the organization's budget and ensure financial compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes to ensure best value for money.
- Provide support to academic and athletic programs.
- Foster a collaborative working environment and build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- A Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- A Chartered Accountant is a plus.
- **8 or more years of experience in a MOE school or Private Education Institution setting or within the Civil Service.**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.
- **Experience with ERP systems** is a plus.
