What we are looking for:

Educational Background: Local Diploma/A-Level equivalent & above

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English

Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents

What you will be doing:

Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently

Client Interaction: Conduct check-ins to understand client needs and maintain strong relationships

Administrative Coordination: Oversee client accounts, handle claims, update records, and process payments

Event Support: Assist with operational and administrative management for events

Task Management: Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
