**What We're Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma/A-Level equivalent & above
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
- **Eligibility**: Open to Singaporeans and PRs

**Role Details**:

- **Commitment**: Part-time (Minimum 3 days a week)
- **Location**: Woods Square (On-site work required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently
- **Client Interaction**: Conduct check-ins to understand client needs and maintain strong relationships
- **Administrative Coordination**: Oversee client accounts, handle claims, update records, and process payments
- **Event Support**: Assist with operational and administrative management for events
- **Task Management**: Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

**Compensation**:
The stated pay does not include additional commissions and performance-based bonuses. Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
