**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of specifications
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities &, liaise with Clients & consultants
- Get competitive quotation from supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission
- Attend site briefing during pre-tender and tender interview
- Good Knowledge in ACMV and familiarity with ACMV and HVAC systems
- Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning
- Self -driven, independent, and team player
- Building good relationship with main contractor/builder

**Specialization**: Mechanical

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma /Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- Min 3 years of local experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the ACMV field.
- Getting the quotations and liaison with supplier
- Positive working attitude and a team player
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Building & Construction experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of specifications
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off &, liaise with Clients & consultants
- Respond and follow up to Client’s queries for submitted tender
- Attend site briefing (if necessary) during pre-tender and tender interview
- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning
- Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities
- Maintain proper documents and filing of drawings for all tenders and project according to requirements as per ISO standards
- Other related duties, as assigned.
- Able to work with tight timeline, response and follow up tightly
- Sensitive to current market price of equipment and materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
