Woodlands, Singapore Orange Global Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Tender and Bidding Team by measuring quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities, reviewing contracts and drawings, interpreting specifications, requesting information or quotes, building tender costs, and compiling submission documents.
  • Oversee contract management for assigned projects, including procurement, administration of contracts and subcontracts, and analyzing price comparisons and cost summaries.
  • Source and compare three quotations for project materials, liaise with suppliers, and monitor order schedules.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts, ensuring invoices are submitted on time.
  • Address issues like Extension of Time, Prolongation Claims, and Loss and Expense Claims.
  • Perform other quantity surveying duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
  • Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM,  MS Excel, etc.).
