Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for interior renovation and fit-out projects.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.

    Emphasis: Actively build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and material contacts.
  • Evaluate and manage project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and value engineering.
  • Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Draft and submit interim payment applications, final accounts, and comprehensive cost reports.
  • Assess and certify subcontractor claims, payments, and final settlements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases of the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits and prepare progress reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building, contractual, and safety regulations.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables, seeing each project through from start to finish.
  • Handle other related duties or ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the interior design/renovation sector, with strong exposure to fit-out projects.
  • Require language: English & Chinese Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese supplier / customer.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing, and up-to-date market pricing.
  • Resourceful in identifying and liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Meticulous, analytical, and well-organized, with excellent time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, showing reliability and a sense of responsibility.
  • Salary will be pay based on working experience.
