Exciting Opportunity: Marketing and Event Support Assistant (Contract)

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Event Support Assistant. This role will involve supporting publicity initiatives through design, content creation, and event logistics, providing a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

  • Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)
  • Salary: Up to $2,580 per month
  • Nearest MRT Station: Woodlands Station (North-South Line)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging marketing materials (digital and print) for publicity campaigns
  • Create compelling social media content to promote events and initiatives
  • Assist with event logistics, ensuring smooth operations
  • Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Office applications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma-holder
  • Strong skills in digital media content generation, including graphic design and video editing
  • Proficient in graphic design tools and platforms
  • Basic photography skills are a plus
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
