What You'll Be Doing:

Administrative & Event Support

  • Handle small purchases, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Coordinate event registration, track attendance, and manage catering orders.
  • Maintain event materials, filing, documentation, and inventory.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and coordinate logistics with stakeholders during peak times.

Social Media Support

  • Design visuals (posters, banners) using Canva, and capture photos/videos during events.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts to promote events and announcements.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or social media.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within deadlines.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, administration, or social media management is advantageous.
