About the role

As an Events Coordinator at Division Communications Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing engaging events that support the company's marketing and communications strategies. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the planning and coordination of a variety of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and networking functions
  2. Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of all event logistics
  3. Manage event budgets and maintain detailed records of expenditures
  4. Oversee event registrations, including managing guest lists and coordinating attendee communications
  5. Support the development and implementation of event marketing materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional collateral
  6. Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs according to plan
  7. Gather and analyse event feedback to continuously improve the event planning process

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or project management, preferably within the marketing or communications industry
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using event management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  5. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  6. A passion for creating memorable event experiences
