Job Summary:

  • Salary range: $2500 - $4000 (based on experience)
  • Working location: Somerset
  • Working day: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
  • 1 month completion bonus after completed 1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate venues and vendors for events and roadshows.
  • Identify opportunities to engage consumers and drive sign-ups.
  • Handle event logistics, inventory, and sales kit preparation.
  • Track promotions, enquiries, and support sales initiatives.
  • Assist with sourcing gifts, managing timelines, and preparing T&Cs.
  • Monitor campaign codes and update marketing materials.
  • Track event performance, RSVPs, and feedback.
  • Manage marketing inventory: merchandise, collaterals, and flyers.
  • Prepare vendor quotes, track payments, and ensure timely processing.
  • Generate monthly reports on campaigns, events, and resellers.
  • Conduct weekend checks to ensure proper setup and brand compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing coordination or admin
  • Proficient in MS Office; Canva knowledge a plus
