Junior Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
  • We are looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator (Fintech/Insurance Product)
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in finance, insurance, fintech, lending, or digital platforms
  • Proven track record in commercial analysis, marketing coordination, or stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides and ideally BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, marketing campaigns and/or financial metrics

Job Description

  • Commercial Tracking & Reporting:

    ○ Assist in tracking sales, revenue, and adoption metrics for insurance products

    ○ Prepare regular reports and summaries for the teamHighlight key observations to support decision-making
  • Marketing & Campaign Support:

    ○ Help coordinate marketing campaigns to drive awareness and usage

    ○ Ensure campaign materials are accurate and aligned with product guidelines

    ○ Collect feedback and track campaign results for review
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    ○ Liaise with internal teams (product, legal, finance, operations) to align on insurance initiatives

    ○ Manage relationships with external partners including insurers, brokers, and regulators

    ○ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product delivery and compliance
