**Company Overview**:
Our company is looking for a driven Junior Marketing Executive to help execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and boost brand awareness.

In the role of Junior Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing team in campaign execution, market research, and brand management. Collaborate with senior professionals to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

- **Campaign Coordination**: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor performance and provide reports for evaluation.
- **Content Creation**: Support the creation of engaging, accurate marketing content aligned with brand guidelines for various platforms.
- **Market Research**: Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competition to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- **Digital Marketing**: Provide support for managing the company's online presence, covering website upkeep, social media handling, and digital advertising. Optimize digital channels to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Brand Management**: Build and maintain a strong brand identity with consistent messaging, visual assets, and communication strategies across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use analytics tools to track metrics, measure ROI, and optimize marketing. Create reports and presentations for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive grasp of marketing principles, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/software like Google Analytics.
- Great analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Abilities in creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Capable of handling several projects concurrently and meeting deadlines in a high-speed work setting.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,900.00 per month
