Marketing Support Executive (Programme) // Govt Agencies

Location: Lavender MRT

Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

-Occasional weekend events with off-in-lieu arrangements

Salary: $17 to $24 per hr

Contract Duration: 4 months

Job Scope:
  • Support the preparation of customised marketing and sponsorship proposals and materials to drive sponsor and partner engagement.
  • Facilitate sponsor/partner engagement for community programmes and events.
  • Prepare and manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Optimise sponsor exposure through public relations efforts and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sponsor/partner engagements and track follow-ups post-engagement.
  • Provide support for stakeholder and partner engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or relevant
  • Excellent IT skills, including data management and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
