Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Manage registrations, refreshments, and on-site support for events.

  • Take notes during meetings and share them with relevant teams.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Familiar with virtual and in-person event logistics is a plus.
  • Organizational skills with a good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
