HR Assistant (Govt Agencies // Central)

Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon-Thu(830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)

Salary: $2500-$2900 per month

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, and employee records.
  • Assist with leave administration, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and staff events.
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR and admin tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or relevant
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A team player who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
