Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt status and supplier billing.
  • Liaison and follow up with suppliers/forwarders for on-time delivery management and update of goods arrival schedule on NAV.
  • Identify and manage suppliers, including negotiations of pricing, compliance with standards and supply chain performance.
  • Inventory management
  • Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Performing any ad hoc duties given by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Only open to Singaporean or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum Professional Certification, NITEC or Diploma in Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or other relevant related studies
  • Minimum 1-2 years of procurement working experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Good communications skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mandarin speaking countries.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, ERP software like NAVISON is an advantage.
  • Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented and able to handle tasks independently.

  • Working Location: 141 Woodlands Industrial Park E5 Singapore 757507
  • Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri); 8.30 am to 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
