Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings, conferences, and corporate events
  • Managing the MD's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel plans
  • Handling travel bookings, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for the MD
  • Preparing minutes for meetings
  • Monitoring and reminding the MD of key tasks and deadlines
  • Supporting general administrative duties such as collating and submitting expense claims, running ad hoc errands, screening emails, and gathering information

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or administrative support role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
