Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development & Execution Lead the development and execution of integrated recruiting and talent strategies, including staffing, sourcing, and workforce planning. Align programs with business needs to ensure timely access to qualified talent and long-term organizational capability.
• Recruiting Program Delivery & Continuous Improvement Oversee the delivery and optimization of recruiting processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices. Evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Implement branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice. Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement efforts to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified talent and positive candidate experience.
• Talent Management Frameworks & Implementation Design and deploy standardized frameworks for performance management, talent assessments, career pathing, and development planning. Ensure consistent execution across the company to support employee growth and leadership development.
• Succession Planning & Talent Identification Lead the identification of high-potential talent and succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity and readiness for critical roles.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external collaborators to co-create and deliver talent solutions. Provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches, selection methods, and talent development aligned with organizational priorities.
• Compliance & Vendor Management Ensure recruiting policies and practices comply with legal requirements and internal standards. Manage external vendors and talent channels, implementing SOPs and conducting regular business reviews to ensure quality and alignment.
• Talent Analytics & Program Evaluation Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of talent programs. Drive continuous improvement by aligning talent practices with business performance metrics, total rewards philosophy, and organizational culture goals.
• Governance & Program Administration Oversee the administration of company-wide talent initiatives, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Deploy resources purposefully to address critical talent needs and priorities.
