We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the eCommerce business across the SEA market. This role offers the opportunity to partner with diverse stakeholders, drive sourcing strategies, and contribute to the growth of an innovative and dynamic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex roles to attract top technical and business talent.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and HR to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across domestic and international teams.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, improving efficiency and candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide market insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage passive candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners across different markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: Minimum 2 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a high-volume setting (in-house or agency).
