We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team and play a crucial role in attracting exceptional employees who will scale our team in Singapore

**Position Duties**:

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and future talent needs.
- Design and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
- Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs.
- Develop Sleek into the best employer brand in our industry.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- 5 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR Role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments).
- Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills.
