We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Employer Branding to join our HR team in Hanoi. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while building and promoting Vinova's employer brand to ensure we remain an employer of choice in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the company, focusing on quality and candidate experience. Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talents. Lead Employer Branding initiatives, including creating engaging content and campaigns to enhance Vinova's image as an employer of choice. Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and department heads to promote Vinova's culture and values both internally and externally. Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and recruitment events. Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts. Organize and participate in job fairs, university partnerships, and other community engagement activities to increase brand awareness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition with a strong focus on employer branding. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially in the IT/tech industry. Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms for talent sourcing and branding. Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement employer branding campaigns. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
