Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume retail hiring, from requisition to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through digital platforms, job boards, career fairs, and partnerships
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey, from first interaction to onboarding, fostering engagement and loyalty
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the retail sector
  • Innovate sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, acceptance rates) to continuously improve processes

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail or high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics preferred
