Role Purpose

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional who will strengthen hiring across Wealth and Asset Management businesses. The role requires proven experience in recruiting bankers, client-facing professionals, and investment talent, along with the ability to build strong pipelines and deliver on business-critical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from requirement gathering to sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management.
  • Specialist Hiring: Drive recruitment for bankers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, and investment professionals within wealth and asset management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business goals and provide market intelligence.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Build pipelines through headhunting, industry networking, and direct outreach.
  • Talent Insights: Share competitor mapping, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends with leadership.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and confidential candidate experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • Mandatory: 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within Wealth / Asset Management or Private Banking.
  • Mandatory: Proven track record in hiring bankers and senior client-facing talent.
  • Strong headhunting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
