Our client is a leading government-linked organisation in Singapore. Operating within an ecosystem of public and government-linked organisations they are responsible for ensuring the nation's infrastructure development projects are efficiently executed on time and within budget. In line with continued growth aspiration, they are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery: Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution to meet internal / departmental hiring needs across functions and levels.
- Operations & Project Management: Lead recruitment projects such as process harmonisation and ATS/system enhancements, vendor management, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Monitor key hiring metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- People Management: Lead, coach, and chart development for the team, fostering capability building, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and appropriate solutions
- Process Improvement & Governance: Review and refine policies and processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business / Social Science.
- Comes with more than 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Human Resource Management. Candidate with agency / vendor / consulting experience welcome to apply.
- Proven track record in people / team management.
- Strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
