Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive company growth and expand market presence
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with potential clients and business collaborators
Collaborate with internal teams to create client-focused solutions and business development initiatives
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
Monitor market developments and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients and the team
Drive business expansion by achieving performance goals and contributing to the overall growth of the firm
Represent the firm at networking sessions, events, and industry platforms to strengthen brand presence and partnerships
Requirements:
Singaporean/PR, age 21 and above
Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognized Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in finance, banking, insurance, or corporate sales will be an advantage
Proficiency in English & Mandarin
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
