Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Execute tenancy and license agreements, collect guarantees, and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Take appropriate actions, including legal measures, against tenants/licensees for non-compliance, consulting the landlord beforehand.
  • Notify tenants/licensees of breaches of rules and regulations and ensure adherence to site regulations.
  • Process renewals, applications for alterations, and changes in tenancy promptly, ensuring compliance with guidelines and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee tenant-led activities, ensure premises are maintained during renovation, handle reinstatement, and conduct viewings for prospective tenants.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Prior experience in the field of Facilities Management is highly preferred, but fresh diploma/bachelor's graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A diploma in Real Estate, Building, Project & Facilities Management or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are required.
