North Region, Singapore CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Process and monitor renewal of tenancies/licences, including seeking approval from client on the renewals of tenancies.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and liaise with the tenants on the execution of the tenancy agreements.
  • Process applications for tenancy changes (such as inclusion of trade, subletting, change in mode of business, etc.).
  • Process applications for Advertisement Signage and Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA) / Outdoor Display Area (ODA) licences.
  • Request for valuation of premises for renewal, new allocation and outdoor spaces.
  • Check valuation reports submitted by valuers before transmission to client for approval.
  • Submit Final valuation reports through client's system.
  • Verify and update jobs created in client's system.
  • Maintain and update tenancy records and documents.
  • Monitor and update status of rental arrears owing by tenants.
  • Liaise with tenants on renewal of tenancy and other tenancy matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possessed strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
