KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Tenancy Design guidelines briefing and discussion on tenancy matters to incoming tenants.
  • Review tenants' proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectation to mall design guidelines.
  • Perform site inspection during tenant's fitting out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval.
  • Provide support and assist on space planning and updating mall drawings.
  • Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and follow-up with its processes.
  • Able to provide Design solutions to tenants & vendors on ad-hoc tasks and spatial needs.
  • Ad-Hoc support:

    Support design team duties
  • Update & maintain tenancy layout & all mall directories & signage

    -    Project & initiatives purposefully designed to improve mall tenancy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in commercial fit-out, store planning, project coordination or interior construction environment is required
  • Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required
  • Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point etc
  • The ability to deal with demands of workload, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written
