Our client is seeking a Sales Executive (Projects) to join their team

Are you passionate about design and looking for an exciting opportunity to blend your creative skills with sales? Our client is offering a unique role that combines design sensibility with B2B contract sales support. This position is perfect for candidates with a background in design who enjoy working on client-facing projects and want to gain valuable experience in the corporate world.

What you'll be doing?
  • Drive project success: Assist the Project Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and layouts for B2B clients, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Provide design expertise: Support client meetings by offering valuable design input and ensuring product selections meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Create impactful displays: Contribute to visual displays, showroom arrangements, and project setups that effectively showcase product features and inspire clients.
  • Apply design principles: Utilize your knowledge of balance, proportion, and emphasis to create compelling and effective solutions for clients.
  • Maintain brand standards: Ensure office furniture and related products are displayed in an organized, appealing manner that aligns with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Brand and Sales teams to integrate branding elements, promotional materials, and product messaging into displays and client-facing presentations.
  • Develop visual assets: Support the preparation of mood boards, 3D visuals, and layout drawings for projects and showroom updates.
  • Manage showroom spaces: Help maintain showrooms as professional, inspiring spaces that showcase the company's design capabilities and product range.
Who are they looking for?
  • Design background: A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, visual design, or interior-related sales.
  • Strong design sense: Ability to translate concepts into layouts and presentations, bringing creative ideas to life.
  • Excellent communication: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Passion for design and sales: Interest in both design and sales with a willingness to learn B2B contract sales processes.
