
Senior/Leasing Manager

- Gather site and demographic data and, conduct occupancy studies
- Plan, recommend and implement optimum tenancy / merchant mix
- To do business development; skillfully conduct prospecting calls, attending to enquiries, viewings and securing potential tenants
- Execute effective leasing strategies; negotiate and put up recommendation of offers received for new leases
- Draft tenancy agreements and leases, manage and administer leases and attending to tenancy matters
- Manage current portfolio of tenants
- Effective remedying of problems encountered in tenancy agreements and leases, including management of termination of tenancy agreements & leases and, handover/reinstatement of premises
- Develop long term relationships with current and new tenants
- Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
Job Requirement
- More than 5 years in managerial position in REITS, malls and tenant management.
- Proven track record in managing F&B/Retail tenants and pride yourself for achieving high occupancy rate & positive rental reversion
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Building Management or equivalent
- Well-versed in local regulations governing tenancies and leasing in Singapore including National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations
- Sound working knowledge of lease compliance and lease documentation (drafting tenancy agreements, licensing matters and leases)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, resourceful and customer-oriented
- Possess self-drive, independent, good business acumen and leadership qualities
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills
