Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for all retail leasing functions for Paragon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Leasing in planning and implementing leasing strategy and tenant mix
- Formulate and implement retail concepts and target prospective tenants with creative retail concepts
- Prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the mall
- Prepare annual rental budget and projection and monthly reporting
- Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
- Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Work with relevant departments to meet tenant's needs and drive traffic into the malls
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimally 5 years of retail and commercial leasing experience
- Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants and contacts
- Good understanding of the retail industry and trend
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess positive disposition, resourceful and a team player
- Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline
- Those who are registered as Salesperson with CEA will have an advantage
