Description

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimise leasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings and tenant fit-outs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate leasing reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local property regulations.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote available retail spaces effectively.
  • Provide support in resolving tenant issues and addressing their concerns promptly.

Profile

A successful Retail Leasing Executive should have:
