Leasing Executive

Location: Kallang

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our team in shaping our properties' tenancy mix to optimize rental income and drive foot traffic to our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and secure tenants that align with our properties' unique positioning and customer demographics.
  • Manage end-to-end lease negotiations, including renewals and amendments, to optimize occupancy and rental income.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends and competitor activity to inform tenant mix and leasing direction.
  • Partner with internal teams (legal, tenancy coordination, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and fit out.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, fostering long-term collaboration and performance.
  • Monitor tenant sales and recommend adjustments to the tenancy mix to enhance footfall and revenue.
  • Report to Centre Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing.
  • Strong grasp of drafting tenancy documentation and clauses.
  • Well-connected within the retail industry with strong awareness of local market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent with strong problem-solving skills.
