Job Scope:

  • Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate leasing records, databases, and organized filing systems
  • Monitor lease expirations, tenancy schedules, and track rental payments
  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease documents and tenancy-related issues
  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) on lease-related matters
  • Support leasing events, property launches, and other leasing activities as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or retail leasing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to thrive on challenges and work under time pressures
